Sareh Nouri Naomi Polka dot unclassified dresses

This dress has only been worn once.  I had it cleaned right after the wedding.  I'm 5'7 and wore 4 inch heels and I did not have to have the dress hemmed.  I weigh about 113 lbs and normally I wear a size 0 or 1.  When I purchased this dress I was told that this designer's dress sizes run small that's why we ordered a 4.  I did not like the bow tail that comes with the Naomi style so the dress doesn't include it.  I had the neckline altered from bateau to scoop.  I also added the belt to add some bling to the dress (see pictures).  The belt is not attached or glued and doesn't come with the dress.  It was just tied around my waist ($20 amazon).  Dress price is negotiable.
