Pronovias Placia Petite unclassified dresses

This Pronovias dress was bought as a sample dress. It is a size 8, and has been altered to give an extra half inch on each hip. A bustle has been added, there are a few hooks and buttons, allowing custom bustling. The dress has never been worn in a wedding, however it was a sample dress. The integrity of the trim on the skirt is in great condition, rare for most sample dresses, especially long lace trains like this. The buttons on the back are also in great condition. There are stains on this dress. There are a few along the neckline and a few on the body. Please see pictures. I do not know what the stains are, nor have I tried to clean it. The dress had been professionally cleaned prior to my purchase.
