Mori Lee Anniversary unclassified dresses

I bought this dress from Brides for a Cause at their show in May. It is a beautiful dress but I have decided it is just not for me (having an outdoor wedding and really wanted something a bit more casual/flowing). 
Since it is from a non-profit the purchase is tax-deductible. I have the original receipt so you could write it off! 
I paid $600 for it.

Beautiful lace, fit and flare silhouette. 
Court train.
Open back with sheer lace to the middle back to front. 
Built in bra cups. 
Fit a little snug on me when I got it at 5'6 132lbs, but if you had a narrower waist than me it would be perfect. Also if not wearing heels it would need to be hemmed. 
They said it was a sample, so it should be in original state.
There is one area under the zipper where the stitching is coming loose (pictured) but that would be an easy fix as i'm sure something else would need to be slightly altered for you anyways.
