Tara Keely 2659 Bold pattern unclassified dresses

I bought this dress brand new and have never worn it. It is a strapless sweetheart neckline gown with beading throughout. It is a true white with white beading. It can be worn with or without the removable skirt. Comes with veil as pictured in 3rd picture. There have not been any alterations done to this dress.  Gorgeous dress!
