This dress is BRAND NEW and not yet TOUCHED or altered. It has not even been picked up from the store (dress in pictures is the sample from the day I purchased it)! Paid $200 extra for off the shoulder lace sleeves that match the skirt design that I'd be happy to throw in at no cost!
