Maggie Sottero 20RC178 Beach unclassified dresses

Wearing a size 16 in the picture because that is when I tried it on in the store. Ordered a size up because it was a little too tight on the top. But when I received the size 18 it is just far to big and i dont want to alter it to see if I love it again. I'd rather start over. It's brand new. Has not been worn to an event. Only time I put it on is when I tried it on at pick up. Size 18 not altered
